Please make your reservations early to avoid any disappointment. Bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Rates quoted are in Euros, per room per night, including breakfast and all taxes.

Booking Methods

In order to benefit from the special rates, please register online:

• Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied
• Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of his/her hotel.
• A booking will considered final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
• If your hotel reservation is made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.
  

Important Notes:

• Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to registered participants, based on room availability at the time of reservation.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservation for the day before.
• All room reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation Bookings

Notification of cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the Registration Secretariat (DEKON), either by fax or e-mail. Fax No: + 90 212 347 63 63 or e-mail: ebru@dekon.com.tr
Please do not contact the hotels directly.

• Cancellations/changes received up to 71 days prior to arrival = full refund less €50 handling fee
• Cancellations/changes received 41 days prior to arrival = 1 night cancellation charge
• Cancellations/changes received less than 40 days prior to arrival = no refund

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be
non-refundable.

Late arrival /early departure fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confi rmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

All wire transfers should indicate the following information : “ Name of sender, Date of wire transfer and Amount of wire transfer, with accompanying explanation. Receipts should be sent by fax to DEKON: + 90 212 347 63 63, or by e-mail: ebru@dekon.com.tr

By Credit Card:
Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. Payment may be made on-line using the online registration form. Mail order payment is also accepted using the printable registration form.
